The Slum Rehabilitation Authority is responsible for enforcing these rules. piecemeal from this, there's a External Planning Authority for other rules. still, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority is also taking advantage of the vittles of 33(12)(b) and 33(19) of the Development Control Rules to give the benefit of the point area.

As a result, there has been a huge increase in the area under civilization. This is a direct violation of the bottom area. In this regard, the concerned authorities should be instructed to refrain from approving the plan in this manner. else, it'll face legal problems in the future," Gagrani said in a letter to the CEO.
