Ramoji Rao, the founder of Eenadu newspaper and Ramoji Film City, passed away this morning. He was being treated at a hospital in Hyderabad. He died at 3.45 pm. Ramoji Rao's health had deteriorated in the last few days. He was admitted to Star Hospital in Hyderabad on June 5. Today, they have gone back in time. ANI has given this information.

Ramoji Rao was born on 16 November 1936 in a farmer's family in Pedaparupudi village in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. Rao founded Ramoji Film City, the world's largest theme park and film studio. The companies owned by Rao are Margadarsi Chit Fund, Eenadu Newspaper, ETV Network, Ramadevi Public School, Priya Foods, Kalanjali, Ushakiran Movies, Mayuri Film Distributors and Dolphin Group of Hotels.
