On Thursday, The 58th IPL Season-17 match and the 13th Dharamshala match will be held at the International Cricket Stadium in Dharamshala. Punjab Kings, captained by Sam Curran, will face Royal Challenger Bangalore, led by Faf Duplessis. The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association has finalized preparations for the event. Tickets for nearly all stadium stands, accommodating around 22,000 spectators, have been sold.
The SPCA will host the 13th IPL match in Dharamshala, marking the 58th match of the season. This game is crucial for both Punjab Kings and RCB to advance in the points table. Both teams aim to secure a victory in this Dharamshala match. Punjab seeks a win in Dharamshala following their loss to Chennai. The IPL match toss is scheduled for 7:00 pm, with the game commencing at 7:30 pm. The stadium gates will open at 4:00 pm for spectators.
Approximately 1300 police and home guard personnel will be on duty for security and traffic control. Drones will monitor the crowd during the match. Bringing food and certain other items into the stadium is prohibited. Any such items must be discarded before entry. Due to heavy traffic, one-way traffic flow arrangements will be implemented in Dharamshala starting from 3:00 pm.
Parking is available for spectators' vehicles at Police Ground Dharamshala, Mela Ground Dadi, Zorawar Stadium, and SAI Stadium. Shuttle buses will also be provided from Mela Ground Dadi and Zorawar Stadium for spectators.
