Uran : The management of a reputed English medium UES school then refused to release the results of a student who didn't pay the fresh fee for identity card, diary, e-learning infuriated by this, the parents of the girl approached the police and lodged a complaint against the teacher. Amid Maharashtra Day celebrations across the state on Wednesday, in Uran, parents and students had to turn to the police for justice.

The parents- teachers association has expostulated to the school management collecting an fresh fee of Rs550, Diary- 100, E-learning-1200 from the students of Uran Education Society in the name of identity cards. In this regard, the Education Department of Uran Panchayat Samiti has also issued a written order on April 29, 2024 that the results of any student won't be with held for the recovery of freights similar as identity card, diary, etc.,

Thus, the parents had gathered at the Uran police station to file a case against the school management for violating the provisions of the Capitation Act. Still, elderly police inspector Satish Nikam of Uran police station held a common meeting with the school management and the office liaisons of the Parent-Teacher Association and the school management agreed to give the results to the scholars without charging redundant fees.

They also agreed to shoot the same message to their parents on WhatsApp. latterly, the parents of the students returned home.
