Bengaluru The National Investigation Agency( NIA) has arrested a crucial terror suspect from the KempeGowda International Airport in Bengaluru in Hizb- ut- Tahrir on Saturday.

The suspected terrorist is linked as Aziz Ahamad aka Aziz Ahmed aka Jaleel Aziz from Tamil Nadu, is a crucial indicted in the Tamil Nadu Hizb- ut- Tahrir case

The suspected terrorist was restrained at the Bengaluru International Airport while trying to flee abroad.

“ The case in this regard was registered by the NIA against six indicted, told by the revolutionist, radical and abecedarian testament of Hizb- ut- Tahrir, an transnationalpan-Islamist and abecedarian organisation which has been fighting to establish an Islamic caliphate and apply the constitution written by Hizb- ut- Tharir’s author Taqi al- Din al- Nabhani, ” NIA stated.

As per NIA’s examinations, the indicted had conducted secret pledges where numerous actors, particularly susceptible youth, who were radicalised and sought military backing called Nusra from forces inimical to India to achieve its unrighteous thing. “ Aziz Ahamed was set up to be one of the principal inaugurators in conducting secret pledge- taking observances for the susceptible youth, ” the NIA said.

So far, six people have been arrested under the Unlawful Conditioning Prevention Act in connection with the case. The suspected terrorists are linked as Hameed Hussain, Ahamed Mansoor, Abdul Rahman, H Mohamed Maurice, Kadar Nawaz Sherif, and Ahmed Ali Umari. The authorities have also taken guardianship of others, sources verified.

NIA said that Hameed, a occupant of Royapettah in Chennai, is suspected of being the headman and principal fellow of the organisation and had allegedly been holding secret meetings to spread its testament at a hall in the megacity.

“ This acts against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country, ” the NIA added. Chennai Police has also handed over pivotal documents to the agency on August 5. NIA said that the disquisition in the case is underway.
