The MHT CET results for 2024 have been announced, revealing that 37 students in the state achieved a perfect score. The exam was held by the State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission to various courses. The exam took place from April 22nd to May 16th at 159 centers, including 16 outside the state. With 6,75,377 students out of 7,25,052 appearing for the exam, a large number were focused on the MHT-CET results after the JEE Main results were already declared.
Notably, 2,95,577 students from the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics group, and 3,95,800 students from the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology group participated. Among those, 37 students from both groups achieved a perfect score. In the open category, 18 students secured the top spot, while eight students from the OBC category also achieved a perfect score.
Various students from different categories such as Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Exempt Caste, Bhatkya Tribe (B), Nomadic Tribe (C), and Nomadic Tribe (D) have also secured top positions. The announcement of the MHT-CET results marks the beginning of the admission process for engineering, agriculture, and pharmacology courses.
