Pune : Anis Sundke of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen(AIMIM) along with campaigners of Mahavikas Aghadi, Mahayuti and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi-VBA in the Pune Lok Sabha constituency are in the fray. MIM principal Asaduddin Owaisi will hold a meeting in Pune on May 7 to campaign for Sundke.
Still, Anees Sundke informed that the venue of the meeting has not been decided yet. He was speaking while giving an interview to a newspaper. Anees Sundke said, we've formerly started working for the forthcoming assembly and external elections. MIM aims to handpick one MLA and 30 corporators in Pune megacity.
In this regard, discussions are going on with the activists of the Muslim community. Anees Sundke further said, MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi trusted me for Lok Sabha election Nominated. Muslim votes are used only for elections. Issues, problems, education in Muslim society, Sundke rued that introductory matters similar as unemployment are ignored.
Criminating the Congress, Anees Sundke said, Congress, Nationalist Congress used Muslim activists and society Just did it for politics. The demands of the Muslim community were always ignored. While censuring the Congress and NCP on one hand, Sundke also said that the Congress and the NCP gave me work given a chance.
These parties gave me the opportunity to work as a corporator, chairman of the standing committee. At that time I always went beyond caste and worked. Sundke said, during the chairmanship of the Standing Committee, a site was approved for the Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Temple in Pune was done Rafi Ahmed Kidwai School in Bhawani Peth was constructed, Sundke said.
