Minor Detained in Pune for Stealing 7 Vehicles, Including Cars and Motorcycles

The anti-dacoity and anti-vehicle theft team of Vishrambaug police station was conducting a parallel investigation into the theft. Police constable Sai Kumar Karke and police constable Dhananjay Tajne came to know through a confidential correspondent that the minor boy had stopped with the stolen rickshaw in Shaniwar Peth. Following this, Assistant Police Inspector Praveen Kalukhe and his associates detained the minor boy who was stopped with the rickshaw. He called his relatives and inquired with them about the other vehicle theft crimes he had committed. He was charged with seven counts of vehicle theft.(Pune Crime Branch News)


Warje police station has 3 cases, Vishrambaug police station, Alankar police station, Rajgad police station and Paud police station have one case each. A car, 3 motorcycles and 3 mobile phones were seized from their possession. The boy has been handed over to his parents and has been handed over to the police.
