After the Lok Sabha election results were announced, there was a sense of defeat in New Delhi. However, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the people have indeed voted for his party, emphasizing that they have not lost and there are no losers. Modi, now the leader of Raloa, claimed power from President Draupadi Murmu on Friday. The swearing-in of Modi and his cabinet at Rashtrapati Bhavan is scheduled for Sunday at 7:30 PM.

Modi was elected as the leader of the alliance and the Lok Sabha leader by leaders and MPs of all constituent parties, including Raloa's BJP. Additionally, BJP MPs elected Modi as the leader of their parliamentary party. The leadership proposal put forward by Raloa was supported by leaders of other constituent parties such as Telugu Desam's Chandrababu Naidu and Janata Dal (NC)'s Nitish Kumar.

Modi emphasized in his post-election speech that the National Democratic Alliance is founded on the principle of 'nation first', rather than being solely power-driven. Modi stressed the importance of having a majority to form a government and the need for a referendum to govern effectively. He expressed hope that the majority of the country has elected them and called for unified efforts to progress the nation.

Modi highlighted the alliance's commitment to values of equality among all religions and fostering mutual harmony. During the NDA meeting in Parliament, Modi humorously pointed out that in their culture, they do not boast in success or mock the defeated. He reiterated that the NDA embodies the will of the people.

After the meeting, a delegation from Raloa, led by BJP National President J. P. Nadda, met with President Murmu to express support for forming the government. At the NDA meeting, all BJP MPs chanted 'Modi-Modi', but leaders emphasized referring to the government as 'NDA' rather than 'Modi government'. Modi stated that the upcoming government will be the third consecutive coalition government led by him.

Leaders like Nadda, Rajnath Singh, and Amit Shah emphasized the term 'NDA government'. Modi also acknowledged the previous two governments as 'NDA' governments. The swearing-in ceremony of the Raloa government is set for Sunday, June 9 at 7:15 PM. After being unanimously elected as Raloa's leader, Modi demanded government formation from President Murmu. Leaders from various countries have been invited to attend the ceremony, signaling international interest in the event.
