Pimpri : The accomplices of the criminal who was transferred to jail and released from the jail took out a rally in Chinchwad area and spread terror. Pimpri police has registered a case against 13 people and arrested eight people in this case. This incident happed on Friday(3rd) night around 9:00 pm on the public road in Indira Nagar Chinchwad.
Police constable Anand Bajbalkar has filed a complaint in Pimpri Police Station. Akash Ganpat Chavan(age- 27), Akash aka Cucumber Suresh Dangde(age- 27), Karan aka Chhotu Anil Dhotre(age- 22), Rahul aka Karaka Nagnath Kurhade(age- 25), Satish aka Bango Balu Dangde(age- 28), Rishikesh Gemu Rathod(age- 23), Mahesh aka Mamu Raju Vitkar(age- 23), Akshay Netaji further(age- 28 all of Indiranagar, Chinchwad) are the names of the arrested indicted. Akash Mangalu Rathod(age- 28), Umes Dharma Rathod(age- 28), Rajesh Bhagwan Pawar(age- 29), Mahesh Malkappa Pujari(age- 28), Tushar Balu Manjalkar(age- 30) all of Indiranagar, Chinchwad) have been reserved under IPC 279, 341, 504, 506, 143, 147, 149 along with Arms Act, Maharashtra Police Act, Criminal Law Amendment Act.
According to the police, the accomplice of the indicted was arrested and transferred to jail. Meanwhile, he's out of jail. The indicted took out a motorcycle rally on the public road in Indiranagar area on the grounds that the accomplice had come out of jail.
They took out a rally with sticks and sticks in hand and abused the people passing in on the road by honking the horn of the motorcycle. He also used foul language by abusing the people living in the area and asking them to move down from the road.
