Pimpri : A case has been registered against three shopkeepers in Pimpri camp under the Copyright Act for dealing fake clothes using the logo of a ingrained company. This operation was done on Thursday(2nd) from 3:30 pm to7:00 pm.

In this operation, goods worth 13 lakhs were seized from three shops videlicet Aksha Dressers, Pragati Dressers, Avon Dressers. Afsar Ali Nasruddin Sheikh(Age 33, Res. Subhashnagar, River Road, Pimpri), Akash Rajesh Jewrani(Age 32, Res. Vaibhavnagar, Pimpri), Majeed Ahmad Sheikh(Age 35, Res. Sahkar Colony, Jyotibanagar, Kalewadi, Pimpri) Names of those who have been registered in such a case.

Mahendra Sohan Singh(age- 36 of Kasba Peth, Pune) has filed a complaint in Pimpri Police Station. According to the police, the plaintiff is R.N.A. Employed in IP Attorneys, Haryana. His company has the right to take action under Puma's sanctioned copyright and trademark laws. Meanwhile, they got information that some shops in Pimpri camp were dealing clothes using fake logo of Puma company.

The prosecutor informed the police about this. When the police went to the shop in the camp area and audited it, it came to light that fake clothes were being vended. Indicted were set up dealing and dealing fake t-shirts, short pants, track pants of Puma company possessed by plaintiff's company in their shop. In this operation, the police has seized the goods worth Rs.12 lakh 93 thousand. Police Inspector Crime Rupali Bobde is conducting the farther investigation.
