Pimpri :In the background of the forth coming Lok Sabha Election, felonious on police records are being checked and action is being taken against them under MCOCA Action and MPDA Act. An inveterate felonious Adarsh alias Monya Ludekar in the Chikhali Police Station area has been arrested for two years. Deputy Commissioner of Police Circle-3 Shivaji Pawar has ordered to crack down.
The wanted miscreant has been linked as Adarsh alias Monya Vitthal Ludekar(age- 22 of Panchvati Housing Society, Sharadnagar, Chikhli, Pune). The indicted has formed a gang of culprits and has committed serious crimes in and around Chikhli police station limits and carrying dangerous munitions. He has been reserved for forcible theft, illegal possession of munitions, illegal assembly, grievous hurt.
His gangsterism and bullying had created terror in Chikhli area. A offer to take action against Adarsh alias Monya Vitthal Ludekar under MPDA Act was submitted to Deputy Commissioner of Police Circle- 3 Shivaji Pawar. After vindicating the proffers and documents entered, the Deputy Commissioner of Police has ordered Adarsh Ludekar to be posted at Nagpur for two times under the MPDA Act.
