There is a golden opportunity for jobs in PMC. Under the Chief Minister's Youth Work Training Scheme for those who have studied from class XII to graduation, an opportunity has been given to apply for 650 seats in Pune Municipal Corporation. Through this scheme, the youth will get the opportunity to work in different departments for six months. (Pune Municipal Corporation-PMC)

Candidates will have to submit their application to the Social Development Department as well as the concerned department. As the last date to apply is fast approaching, candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible.


These include Mechanic, Carpenter, Painter, Sheet Metal Work, Machine Tool Repair, Junior Engineer (Architecture), Traffic Warden, Gardener in Horticulture Department, Horticulturist, Sanitary Works in Regional Office, Trainee, Draughtsman, Scribe, Trainee Junior Engineer, Disaster Management Department, and Environment Department.

The selected candidates will be given a stipend under the Chief Minister's Youth Work Training Scheme. Candidates who have passed the 12th class will get a salary of Rs 6,000, ITI or diploma holders will get Rs 8,000, and graduate or post-graduate candidates will get Rs 10,000 per month.

"Through this scheme, the government has provided employment opportunities to the youth. Deputy Commissioner Nitin Udas has appealed to more and more youth to submit their applications as soon as possible as six days are left.
