Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that the BJP has never spoken against minorities and does not view anyone as a "special citizen." In an interview with PTI Videos, he addressed opposition criticisms regarding minorities, refuting claims that his campaign speeches were divisive. Modi asserted that the Constitution prohibits religious-based reservations and criticized the Congress for diluting reservations in certain states.

He affirmed his commitment to upholding the Constitution and ensuring that reservation policies are not based on religion. Modi credited the Constitution for shaping his life and rejected allegations that a BJP-led government would eliminate reservations if they secured over 400 seats in the Lok Sabha elections.

He highlighted the government's efforts to boost employment, particularly in sectors like aerospace and electric vehicles, through initiatives such as the Product Linked Incentive Scheme (PLI). Modi expressed confidence in the BJP's prospects in southern India, aiming to secure a significant number of seats to surpass the 400-seat target.

Additionally, Prime Minister Modi reaffirmed the government's commitment to restoring statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, assuring that the necessary steps are being taken to fulfill this promise.
