According to the police, Omkar Bhingare was earlier a resident of Uravade village. At present, he is residing in Bengaluru. He previously worked for the Tata Group. As it was the complainant's birthday on August 18, he had organised a party at a farmhouse in Uravade. Avinash alias Chilapya Chorge had left friendship with Ganesh Bhandalkar.

Ganesh was furious. Avinash Chorge and Ganesh got into an argument during the birthday party. At that time, Omkar Bhingare had fallen into it. The complainant and others had not spoken to Ganesh since the altercation at the party. Ganesh was furious.

The complainants and others had gathered at Amlewadi in the night to settle the dispute. At that time, Ganesh said to Omkar, I will kill Avinash.
At that time Omkar Bhingare said that I will not kill Avinash.
Omkar Jadhav went to the back while the two were fighting.
There were about 7-8 people with him. They arrested Avinash and Omkar.


He started crying and died. The accused caught hold of him and tried to save him. By then, the mob had attacked Omkar. Confirming that he had died due to vomiting, Ganesh Bhandalkar shouted, "Chala re onkya kaam hai." They all then left on their bikes. Police have registered a case of murder and are conducting investigations.
