In Pune city, the Vishrambaug Police Station has apprehended two house burglars who were reportedly addicted to drugs. The arrested individuals, identified as Ravi Jitendra Sarode (47 years old, originally from Dhanori, Lohgaon, currently residing in Ganesh Peth, Pune) and Pritam Nandu Avtare (24 years old, residing in Chinchwad, also currently in Ganesh Peth, Pune), disclosed a crime at the Vishram Bagh police station.

A case has been filed at the Vishram Bagh police station under IPC sections 457, 454, 380, and 34 for stealing Rs.13,800 by breaking into a medical shop. Following the investigation, it was determined that Ravi Sarode and Pritam Avtare were responsible for the theft. Due to their drug addiction, locating the culprits proved challenging, but they have now been apprehended by the authorities.

Sub-Inspector of Police Vishal Patil is leading the ongoing investigation. The arrest was made under the supervision of Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Police Praveen Pawar, Additional Commissioner of Police Praveen Kumar Patil, Deputy Commissioner of Police Sandeep Singh Gill, Assistant Commissioner of Police Sainath Thombre, Senior Police Inspector Dipali Bhujbal, with guidance from Police.

Inspector Crime Arun Ghodke, Police Sub-Inspector Manoj Barure, Police Commissioner Rakesh Gujar, Revan Kanche, Ashok Mane, Mayur Bhosale, Ganesh Kathe, Mahaveer Valat, Ashish Kharat, Rahul More, Satappa Patil, Santosh Sherkhane, and the team of Arjun Thorat and Nitin Babar.
