Pune: Maharashtra woman police officer Manisha Kisan Walse, who had gone to the Lashkar Police Station on MG Road, was acquitted in a case of obstructing government work by threatening her.(Pune Crime Court News)

On 25/02/2023, both the accused had a dispute with each other over their business of selling readymade garments on MG Road, Pune. The two women went to the police station to lodge a complaint against each other. As the faujdar Manisha Walse did not take the complaint immediately, the two women accused threatened the woman faujdar Mrs. Manisha Walse, who is posted and on duty at Lashkar Police Station.

Shouting loudly, you just come out and show us, our reach is up to the top. Faujdar Manisha Walse of Lashkar Police Station had lodged a complaint against the accused on 25/02/2023 at Lashkar Police Station itself.
The prosecution examined four witnesses in the case. All of the witnesses testified in court.

Adv. "Milind Dattatray Pawar said. The police did not submit the CCTV footage to the court. The police have failed to produce any witnesses in the court. The two women approached the police and lodged a complaint. Both the accused were expecting justice from the Army.

On the other hand, the complainant woman police constable Manisha Walse and her colleagues thrashed the women accused in the police station without any reason. At the same time, the woman accused had complained to the First Class Judicial Magistrate Army about the unprovoked assault by the police.

A false case has been registered against the two women to pressurise the two accused not to pursue their complaint of assault. No one can dare to go to the police station and threaten, abuse and manhandle the police.

The prosecution has not been able to prove that the accused abused, manhandled and obstructed government work. This argument is ad. Milind Pawar and Adv. Advocate Rakesh Sonar pleaded not guilty and the accused were acquitted. Adv Rakesh Hogade and Harshvardhan Milind Pawar helped in the case.
