Police have arrested a man who stole Rs 3 lakh from a parked Vespa bike in Peth on Friday.

Vijay Kumar Shinde (41 years) The accused has been identified as Malhar Martad Society, Sahakarnagar. In this case, Nikhil Sanjay Naik (27, Ra. Naikwada, Apte Road, Shivajinagar has lodged a complaint at Khadak police station. (Arrest In Theft Case). The theft took place in front of the office of Naik Ghate Architects in Subhashnagar on August 12 between 5.30 pm and 5.45 pm.


According to the police, the accused is an architect.
He had withdrawn the money from the bank and kept it in the bike's dickey.


He kept the two-wheeler under his office in Subhashnagar.
They went to the office. Came back in about 15 minutes. The robbers took away Rs 3 lakh cash.

"We checked the CCTV footage of the area after receiving information about the theft from the dickey," Assistant Police Inspector Surwase said.
The suspect was arrested. He was identified. He was arrested by Vijay Singh.
Vijay Shinde had stolen Rs 3 lakh from her two-wheeler by opening her dickey.
