When the complainant Vinayak was standing at the hotel square, Dutta interrupted him and started abusing the complainant for what he had said to my younger brother. At that time, the complainant said, your brother was telling me not to kill the dog as he had killed my dog. But Dutta, without listening to anything, pushed the complainant and beat him with his hand. The accused ran away to save him.
