The police issued a Deportation Notice to Sudhakar Badgujar, the District Chief of Nashik Lok Sabha Thackeray group (Shivsena UBT) in Ahmednagar. Badgujar refused to accept the notice, leading to accusations from the Thackeray group that the Mahayuti Govt. orchestrated this move to cause political disturbances in the Lok Sabha Election 2024. The issuance of the notice stems from the Salim Kutta dance incident involving Badgujar.
During a press conference, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut directly cautioned the Chief Minister regarding this matter. MP Sanjay Raut warned the Chief Minister that in the upcoming election, the Nashik leaders equipped for campaigning should serve dismissal notices to those with criminal backgrounds who have been released from prison and are associated with the Chief Minister.
Raut suggested that after June 4, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde might face imprisonment or charges for such offenses. He also mentioned that the Chief Minister and his associates would face impeachment notices due to the crimes committed, including those that led to individuals fleeing from the Enforcement Directorate. Sanjay Raut criticized Eknath Shinde's remarks on corruption, stating that it is ironic for someone facing impending arrests due to emerging scandals to speak on the topic.
Raut further predicted the downfall of the Modi-Amit Shah-Fadnavis alliance, emphasizing that BJP's power will diminish post-June 4, urging the Chief Minister to safeguard his position. Raut expressed confidence in the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray, believing that the party will overcome challenges and continue to progress.
