Campaigning for the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections ended on Thursday. 58 constituencies across six states and two Union Territories are going to polls tomorrow, Saturday.

Campaigning for the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections concluded on Thursday. Tomorrow, Saturday, 58 constituencies across six states and two Union Territories will be heading to the polls. This includes all seven seats in Delhi, all 10 seats in Haryana, and 14 seats in Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, voting will take place in the Anantnag-Rajouri constituency in Jammu and Kashmir.

In this phase, a total of 889 candidates are vying for positions. Key locations in this phase encompass New Delhi, North East Delhi, North West Delhi, and Chandni Chowk in the national capital, as well as Sultanpur and Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh. Other significant areas include Anantnag-Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir, Tamluk in West Bengal, Medinipur, Karnal in Haryana, Kurukshetra, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Bhubaneswar, Puri, and Sambalpur in Odisha. Various political parties such as BJP, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party, and other constituents of the India Alliance have been active in this phase of the election.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted interim bail for campaign activities. In Odisha, alongside the Lok Sabha elections, voting for the assembly elections will also take place on Saturday. The third phase of the assembly elections will see voting for 42 constituencies.

Key candidates include Dhamendra Pradhan from Sambalpur, Odisha (BJP), Manoj Tiwari from North East Delhi (BJP), Kanhaiya Kumar from North East Delhi (Congress), Maneka Gandhi from Sultanpur (BJP), Mehbooba Mufti from Anantnag-Rajouri (PDP), Manoharlal Khattar from Karnal (BJP), and Naveen Jindal from Kurukshetra (BJP).
