Online applicants won't secure appointment slots due to ongoing maintenance on the Transport Department's Sarathi portal. All online tasks, including applying for a learning permit, scheduling RTO appointments, paying for a permanent license, or managing other driver's license affairs like renewals, duplicates, or address changes, must be done through the Sarathi portal.
Any pending tasks must be completed before the maintenance period. ARTO official Akhilesh Dwivedi confirmed that the Sarathi portal will be affected until May 18, suspending all license-related operations, including those already scheduled.
