Mumbai: Water supply will be shut down for 12 hours in Andheri and Jogeshwari areas on Monday. Water supply will be stopped at Veravali reservoir due to the replacement of valves on the 900-millimetre diameter channel.

The Water Engineer Department of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation will undertake the replacement of valves on the 900-millimeter diameter channel at Veravali Reservoir 2 on Monday, September 2, 2024, from 1: 00 pm to 1: 00 pm. During this 12-hour period, water supply will be closed in some areas of K East and K West divisions of the municipality from Monday morning to noon.

There will be low pressure water supply in some parts of the eastern region. Water supply will be affected in Andheri and Jogeshwari areas.
