Women's T20 World Cup 2024: UAE to Host as ICC Announces Schedule

India vs Pakistan, ICC T20 World Cup schedule announced
The ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024 will be held in the United Arab Emirates this year. Earlier, the tournament was scheduled to be held in Bangladesh, but due to the chaos and overall political situation in Bangladesh, the ICC changed the venue. In the 9th season of this tournament, the best teams of the world will participate and all eyes will be on who will win the trophy of this exciting tournament.


4 teams divided into two groups

2020 runners-up India, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. All these teams will face each other and the two best teams will enter the semi-finals. South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh and Scotland. Both teams will advance to the semifinals.

Sri Lanka and Scotland qualified for the World Cup through the qualifiers held in Abu Dhabi earlier this year. Each team will play four group matches. The semi-finals will be played on October 17 and 18 while the final will be held in Dubai on October 20. A reserve day has also been set for the semi-finals and the final, so that if the match is stopped due to weather or other reasons, it can be completed on the reserve day.


When is India vs Pakistan Women's T20 World Cup match?
A total of 23 matches will be played in this T20 World Cup. If India reach the semi-finals, they will play in the semi-finals-1. The much-awaited India vs Pakistan match will take place on October 6 at 3.30 pm IST.
