On Wednesday, the Home Department issued orders for the transfer of 12 deputy commissioner-level officers in the state.

Mumbai : The Maharashtra government has issued transfer and posting orders of 12 IAS officers. Digambar Pradhan, Vigilance Officer, Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Mumbai. Prakash Jadhav, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Inspector General (Planning and Coordination), Maharashtra State.


Vinay Kumar Rathod, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural). Mohan Dahikar, who was working in the highways department, has also been transferred as the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Thane. A total of 12 officers have been transferred. Earlier on Tuesday, 16 deputy commissioners were transferred.
