"We coordinate closely with the army to ensure effective border dominance," he stated, adding that the estimated number of terrorists at their base typically ranges between 130 and 150, sometimes exceeding that figure. The Inspector General underscored the importance of maintaining vigilant surveillance as the colder months approach, during which infiltration attempts traditionally increase.

"Our security forces are well-prepared to thwart any such attempts," Yadav asserted, reassuring the public of their commitment to safeguarding the region. In addition to addressing infiltration threats, Yadav highlighted the BSF's collaboration with local police to ensure that the recently held assembly elections were conducted in a fair and peaceful manner. The coordination between agencies reflects a comprehensive approach to maintaining order and security in the region.
