The Calcutta High Court will hear West Bengal Governor CV Anand Bose's plea against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Bose had filed the vilification case against Banerjee on June 28. This is maybe the first time in the history of the country that a Governor has taken such a step against the Chief Minister of his own state.

The decision to file a case against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was taken after Governor Bose met Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal in Delhi. The names of some other Trinamool Congress leaders are also being mentioned in the governor's solicitation. still, their names haven't been bared yet.

Banerjee had claimed that women had complained to her that they were hysterical to go to the Raj Bhavan due to the conditioning there. According to the high court website, the vilification suit filed by Bose against Banerjee is listed before a bench of Justice Krishna Rao. On Banerjee's reflections, the governor had said that public representatives are anticipated not to produce false and scandalous perception.

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has crossed all limits. They've to work within cultivated conduct. Bose said that as a Chief Minister, he gave him full respect and honour considering him as his recognized coworker. But they feel she can hang anyone and have character smirch. Bose had further said," My character isn't to follow the dictates of people like Mamata Banerjee.

The payoff of my tone- respect won't be permitted. I can not be hovered or bullied. They can not go beyond that. As a chief minister if he's different from me, there are surely indigenous vittles to take care of it. They've no right to character bump off through falsehoods. It can not be allowed.
