In an unexpected confrontation, Isma exhaled cigarette smoke directly into Shinde's face, which sparked a heated exchange between the two. Confused and irritated, Shinde confronted Isma, asking, "Why did you blow smoke on my face? What have I done to you?" The confrontation quickly escalated as Isma reacted aggressively, telling Shinde, "You are shocking me. Do you understand this? Who am I? Do you know?" Moments later, Isma assaulted Shinde, punching and verbally abusing him. Realizing that the confrontation was deliberately escalating, Shinde attempted to distance himself and proceeded to the cafe to continue with his business.

However, Isma quickly summoned two accomplices, and together they ambushed Shinde as he made his way back to the hotel. The trio attacked him, striking him on the head with a heavy object and taunting him, "What are you doing? Do you understand who we are now?" Following the brutal assault, Shinde immediately reported the incident to the Mahatma Phule Police Station.
