Both the factions of the NCP have announced to take out a yatra like Shiv Sanman Yatra and Jan Sanman Yatra. The meeting was held at the BJP office in Pune. The Congress is gearing up for fresh elections.
Meanwhile, a meeting of Mahayuti leaders was held at Varsha residence on Thursday midnight. The meeting was attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, state BJP chief Chandrakant Patil and other leaders. Speaking to the media, MLA Prasad Lad informed about the meeting.
Prasad Lad said, "A coordination meeting of Mahayuti leaders was held at the residence of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde regarding the strategy of the Assembly. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, ministers Ashok Chavan and Balasaheb Thorat, and state Congress chief Nana Patole among others. In the meeting, division-wise discussions were held in 288 assembly constituencies in 7 divisions.
Accordingly, a coordination tour of the Mahayuti will be organized in the state. Apart from this, there will be public meetings of the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister in every department. An interaction session was also organised. Apart from this, the eighth concluding session will be held in Mumbai, "Prasad Lad said.
He further said, "On August 20, Mahayuti's campaign will be blown by visiting Mahalaxmi in Kolhapur.
The visits and public meetings of the leaders of the Mahayuti will start from Kolhapur from August 20.
Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister will also be present on the occasion. A public meeting will be held after visiting the temple.
The visit of the leaders of the Grand Alliance will be for about seven to ten days.
We will try to cover two or three assemblies every day.
