The tremors, which registered a magnitude of 3.8 on the Richter scale, were felt at 06:52 AM, prompting an immediate response from local authorities. The District Emergency Operations Center confirmed that citizens in Nanded city, as well as those in Ardhapur and Hadgaon taluka, reported feeling the shocks. The epicenter of the earthquake was identified in Savargaon village, located approximately 29 kilometers from Nanded city.
Kishore Kurhe, an official from the District Emergency Operations Center, reassured the public that there were no reports of injuries or significant property damage resulting from the tremors. "While the earthquake was felt in various parts of the district, we are thankful to report that there has been no loss of life or financial impact due to this incident," he stated.
