We have been giving them inputs. On the basis of this, we have arrested the main accused Dawood Sheikh this morning.
After the murder of Yashashree Shinde, we could not find the exact location of Dawood Sheikh. He lives in Karnataka. Accordingly, we reached out to Dawood Sheikh's relatives. Based on the information provided by one of Dawood's friends, we arrested him from Allar village in Karnataka, "the police said. The suspect in the case, Mohsin, was also in touch with Yashashree. Police said they are also investigating. There are three or four suspects in the case. We did not want to leave any angle, "the police said.

According to the police, Dawood has confessed to killing Yashashree. During interrogation, Dawood confessed to killing Yashashree. Yashashree Shinde and Dawood Sheikh were known to each other. Dawood Sheikh and the murdered girl were friends. They knew each other. According to the police, there was an argument between the two which led to the murder.
