Pimpri Chinchwad Crime Branch : Three arrested for carrying pistol, 3 pistols and four cartridges

The Pimpri Chinchwad police have arrested three people in connection with the crime. Three pistols and four live cartridges worth Rs 1.41 lakh were recovered from the accused. The incident took place under the Mahlunge MIDC police station and Dehuroad police station limits. (Pistols-Cartridges Seized)

Constable Dattatray Bansude of Crime Branch Unit V, on the basis of a complaint lodged at Dehuroad Police Station, arrested Aditya Ramesh Chandne (22 years). A case has been registered against him at Ashok Nagar police station. A country-made pistol worth Rs 40,000 and two live cartridges worth Rs 200 were recovered from his possession. The incident took place at around 6 pm on Friday on the service road near Dehuroad Zakat Naka along the Bengaluru-Pune highway.

The second operation was carried out by the anti-dacoity wing of the crime branch in Kuruli village limits. Ganesh Pandharinath Sawant (27), a police constable, has lodged a complaint at the Mahlunge MIDC police station. According to this, Sushil alias Barkya Bharat Gore (age - 20 years).
