Pune: In a shocking incident, a Class X student allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his residence in Loni Kalbhor, Pune. The incident took place at Shrivihar Colony near Angel High School in Sambhajinagar area of Kadamwakwasti gram panchayat.
Govind Satish Rupanwar (15 years) Sambhajinagar, Kadamwakwasti. Haveli, the original Ra. The boy's name is Latur.
According to reports, Govind Rupanwar's father is a driver. The family of four - parents, sister and son - lives in Shri Vihar Colony. A few months ago, a family from Latur came to live in Kadamwakwasti. Govind had recently taken admission in Class X at Prithviraj Kapoor Memorial High School in Loni Kalbhor.
On Sunday, Govind's mother and sister had gone to their maternal uncle's house in Kadamwakwasti area at around 8 pm to have dinner. After dinner, Govind came home saying that he wanted to study. Then his mother and sister came back home. He opened the door. But Govinda did not respond. They both thought they were going to sleep.
She knocked on the door this morning, but there was no response. So they called the clerk and broke open the door. At that time, Govind was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his house. He was immediately rushed to the hospital by the locals. However, the doctors declared her dead before admission. The police was informed about this. Police arrived at the spot and conducted an inspection. Police are investigating the reason behind the suicides.
