The accused forged documents of the flat and shop belonging to the complainant in connivance with each other. On the basis of that document, three flats and shops of the complainant were bought and sold twice to Gopinath Talekar and Shobha Talekar, Mavaram Patel, Madhuri Shirke and Vijay Shirke, Nilesh Deshmukh and Hema Deshmukh. The accused cheated the complainant of Rs 70 lakh 22 thousand.
