Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia has been granted bail by the Delhi High Court in connection with the ongoing probe into the alleged irregularities in the Delhi government's liquor policy. After coming out of jail, Sisodia has become active in Delhi politics. He also criticised the ruling BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also cautioned the BJP's allies in the NDA. Sisodia has been trying to get Arvind Kejriwal out of jail and has sought help from opposition parties in this regard. Sisodia appealed to all opposition parties to unite against the BJP.

You'll get your number too."If the opposition parties come together and raise slogans against the government, Arvind Kejriwal will be out of jail within 24 hours," Sisodia said. But the central government is sitting idle.The Supreme Court had earlier granted bail to Sisodia on a bond of Rs 10 lakh. The Supreme Court also said that it was not appropriate to keep Sisodia in jail for a long time. The court granted him bail on a surety of Rs 10 lakh. "Sisodia has been in jail for a long time. It is not right to keep them in jail. The Supreme Court observed that the sessions court and the high court need to understand that bail is the rule and jail is the exception.
