Hyderabad : A slapdash pellet shattered the glass window of an apartment in Narsingi on Saturday, July 13. The pellet which pierced through the window and hit the wall of the 5th bottom of the domestic apartment. According to original media reports, the residers of the apartment located in Hyderabad’s Manikonda, were down for a walk when the incident passed on Saturday morning.
The sound of glass shattering, after the pellet entered the apartment though the bedroom window, startled the pet canine. The couple who lived in the apartment retured home to the pet barking continuously and set up the shell of the pellet under their bed inside their apartment in Hyderabad.
The incident was incontinently reported to the police and a case was filed and examination was carried out. The Hyderabad police suspect that the pellet may have pierced into the apartment from the neighbouring Telangana Police Academy which was conducting blasting training since Friday. Expressing concern over the incident, locals recalled that similar incidents have passed in the history as well.
They suspect that the pellet must have fallen into the Hyderabad apartment from the Ibrahimbagh troop. Several citizen on X have expressed concern and raised questions over authorization for construction being awarded to builders for domestic homes near firing ranges in Hyderabad and Telangana.
