The Democracy News : It's no co-existence that terrorist attacks have started in Jammu and Kashmir in the last many days after the news of record voting in numerous places last month. Nine people were killed in an attack on a machine carrying pilgrims in Reasi quarter of Jammu division when the swearing- in form was underway in Delhi. This isn't a co-existence moreover. Assembly choices are due in Jammu and Kashmir soon.

To help that from passing, the possibility of further attacks with the blessings of Pakistan- grounded jihadi group ISI can not be ruled out. In the last four days, there have been four attacks not in the Kashmir Valley, but in the Jammu region. One service woman and a bobby were also killed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir.

He prompted the anti-terror agencies to be watchful. That is correct. At the same time, the Congress criticised the attacks as exposing the bleakness of the government's security doctrine, which is unsustainable in the given circumstances. Why is Modi silent on this?" the Congress leader asked. There is no need for that. The Parliament session is going to start soon. As the volume increases, so does the volume. Congress needs to stop this. What's the need to do politics on such a serious issue?

As the top opposition party, the Congress should have shown more maturity and studied the attacks better. There are several reasons for these attacks. They need to be addressed first. The focus of the attacks seems to have shifted to the Jammu division rather of Kashmir. This could be due to the heightened surveillance in the Kashmir Valley. Rajouri and Poonch sections are on the border of Jammu and Kashmir.

Reasi quarter isn't like that, it's a little inside. Attacks on pilgrims going to Katra and Vaishno Devi are a failure of both preparedness and alert of the security establishment. On Sunday, a analogous machine fell into a couloir in Reasi after terrorists opened fire on it. When there's firing on security convoys, there's some response. That was not indeed a possibility. The adding terrorist attacks in Jammu must be taken seriously. Before the Reasi attack, terrorists had carried out a many attacks in Rajouri and Poonch sections in the last three times. 38 dogfaces and 11 civilians were killed. In the last two days, there have been hassles against terrorists in Kathua and Doda in Jammu. One Central Reserve Police Force( CRPF) jawan lost his life in the hassle. It has been seen in the history that terrorist attacks are carried out only during important events in the country. On March 20, 2000, 36 Kashmiri Sikhs were slaughtered at Chittisinghpura in Anantnag quarter; the coming day, also US President Bill Clinton was to address a common session of Parliament in Delhi. Atal Bihari Vajpayee's Lahore visit and Pervez Musharraf's Agra agreement also saw similar attacks. In view of this background, the security agencies in Jammu and Kashmir should have been more watchful during the Lok Sabha choices and the swearing- in form. It's imperative to make combined sweats to insure that similar attacks stop in the Kashmir Valley as well as in the Jammu region. The assembly choices are due in September- end. The central government and security agencies should insure that Pakistan- patronized terrorists and the ISI make every trouble to help that from passing. That's why, as the Prime Minister said, theanti-terror medium must be strengthened.
