The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Srichandana Vishwanath Hektum, a resident of Nyati Ilon in Wagholi and originally from Andhra Pradesh. According to eyewitnesses, the couple had just finished playing badminton and were heading home when the accident occurred near Chitale Sweet Shop on Nagar Road.
