Standard deduction have been hiked and rates of new income duty crossbeams have been blazoned by the Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman while presenting her seventh successive Union Budget on Tuesday, which will lay a roadmap for ‘ Viksit Bharat ’ by 2047.
