Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in the Heavy rains of Kerala, killing more than 160 people so far in a landslide in Meppadi in Wayanad district. Hundreds of people were also reported missing. Many people were injured and are in the hospital. Many people are feared trapped under the debris and rescue operations are being carried out by NDRF and local administration. Several bodies were recovered from the debris. Bad weather and rain are said to be hampering the rescue operations.

Meanwhile, the incident has sparked outrage in Kerala. "I pay my tributes to those who lost their lives in this tragedy. "Addressing the Lok Sabha Speaker, Shah said," "After you allowed a discussion on the issue, I thought there will be no political discussion in the House today." But, as usual, the opposition made comments against us.

Centre had warned us four times: Shah
The Home Minister said, "The opposition is using big English phrases while referring to early warning, early warning. However, we had issued an early warning to the Kerala government on July 23. "" "We had warned the Kerala government on July 23, 24 and 25." "" "On July 26, we had predicted more than 20 mm of rain." Landslides can also occur, in which people can be buried under mounds of soil. Read our warning to the Kerala government and then criticise us. "

Praise for Patnaik and Mamata government
Home Minister Amit Shah has already announced this. There was a big storm in Odisha, but we had warned seven days before that. There was no government in Odisha then. Naveen Patnaik formed the government in Odisha. His government has done a good job. Only one person died in the storm. We had also warned the West Bengal government. The government has also done a good job. There were no human casualties, only seven cattle were killed.
