Three arrested for cheating developers of Rs.31 lakh by taking loans from two banks on the same flat

Pune Pimpri Chinchwad Crime News : Two bank loans were taken on the same flat and the name of the developer was misused. He also opened a bank account in the name of the developer and bought the flat. However, he was cheated of Rs.31.60 lakh. The event is scheduled to be held in Alandi from September 2023 to July 2024. According to the police, the accused forged documents in the name of Siddhivinayak Developers. Firyadi opened a bank account in the name of Siddhivinayak Developers. Later, he took a loan of Rs.34 lakh by mortgaging the flat in Thane Janata Sahakari Bank. He then mortgaged the same flat to a finance company and took a loan of Rs.22,81,579.

The accused took the money from the two sanctioned banks to the bank account opened in the name of Siddhivinayak Developers of the complainant. From the same amount, he bought a flat from the complainant's society in Alandi for Rs.31 lakh 60 thousand. The complainant, however, alleged that the accused had cheated her by not giving her the money. Further investigation is done by the police.
