The National Film Awards, which are considered important in the field of entertainment, have been announced today (August 16) in Delhi. The awards included feature and non-feature films certified by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. The film won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Malayalam. KGF: Chapter 2 has been chosen as the best Kannada film.
Like every year, this year too, the 70th National Film Awards saw a flurry of Marathi films. 'Valvi 'directed by Paresh Mokashi won the best Marathi film award. Murmurs of the Jungle, a Marathi documentary, won two major awards - Best Documentary and Best Narrator.

Director Paresh Mokashi and actor-writer Madhugandha Kulkarni have won three National Film Awards. After 'Harishchandrachi Factory' and 'Elizabeth Ekadashi', his film 'Walvi' has now won the National Award. At present, the whole art world is praising the team of the film 'Walvi'.
