Istanbul/ Gaza Independent State of Palestine. Hamas political leader Khalil Al-Hayya promised a check-fire if enforced. In an interview with the Associated Press news agency in Turkey, Alhaiya said that if the independent Palestinian state becomes a reality, Hamas will lay down its arms and transfigure itself into a political party.
