Asaduddin Owaisi, the AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP, had his residence at 34 Ashoka Road in New Delhi vandalized by unknown individuals on Thursday. This incident occurred a day after Owaisi was sworn in as a member of the Lok Sabha and expressed support for Palestine.

Vandals smeared black ink on his nameplate outside the main gate of his residence. Additionally, they placed a poster on his address plate with slogans stating "I Stand With Israel" and "Bharat Matha Ki Jai." The poster depicted Owaisi in a derogatory manner with his head positioned between two hands, one hand painted with the tricolor of India and the other with the Israeli flag.

The poster included demands for Owaisi's disqualification as a Member of Parliament. Owaisi took to X to express his dismay: "Some 'unknown miscreants' vandalized my house with black ink today. I have lost count of the numerous times my residence in Delhi has been targeted. When I questioned @DelhiPolice officials about how this was happening under their watch, they expressed helplessness.

@AmitShah, this is occurring under your supervision. @ombirlakota. Kindly clarify if MPs' safety will be ensured or not." Owaisi also conveyed to the vandals that he could not be intimidated by such actions: "To the individuals who persist in targeting my residence: your actions do not instill fear in me. Cease this cowardly behavior reminiscent of Savarkar and have the courage to confront me directly. Do not flee after splattering ink or hurling stones."
